I came across one form this page and it worked in XP can't say if it will work for Vista. It is the only driver I have been able to find of this type, Might be worth a try. I have a USR5410 card and it is the same driver they give for your card as well.

I just got this official reply from someone at USR:

Dear Brad,

I understand you're looking for Vista 32-bit drivers for your USR5416. Unfortunately, since this product is at the end of its life, we won't be releasing any updated drivers for this product.

This product is not supported on Windows Vista.
