Yep

In North Carolina Time Warner has added a package called, "Unlimited Carolinas" for $29.99/month. Not bad at all and much closer to the $24.99 of Vonage for a higher quality service.

I still make good use out of Skype Out - $14.95/YEAR!

Don't forget - Unlimited Carolinas covers the Carolina's... Vonage covers the country + Canada

Yes! I have it too and use it all the time. Dropped my LD plan on the land line.

Vonage is just high a quality of service, I have had it for 18 months and it has worked beautiful. I have maybe had one outage so far, out of the 5 that my parents have had with there Optimum. Believe me because it's priortized doesn't mean it's better. Again if there is issues with your cable, or you have a crappy sattelite your going to have issues with a service like Vonage or SunRocket.

Yes I do live in a different house with my wife, not in the same connection of Optimum so don't be a smart aleck about that.

I agree, vonage is very high quality.

They also offer features that Comcast won't-- like having a line in a different part of the country.
