pulp46 Premium join:2003-01-28 4 edits	Everything's peachiekeen in Ottawa for speeds with torrents but there are no temporary 7 Mbps to 10 Mbps speed test reports here like we have heard from other cities. Also, only I have manually changed my IP, not Rogers. Perhaps you guys are in for the first wave of.... ELITE!!!
