Is Sprint's network EVDO?

Since just about everything is against Verizon's TOS, I'm thinking of going with Sprint. I prefer to stick with VZ, but why have something if you can't use it?

Yes, Sprints network is EVDO and not only that they are ahead of the curve on rollout when compared to Verizon....

Sprints TOS reads almost exactly like a TOS you would expect to read from a wireline provider....they actually let you USE your connection!
