 | Internet a series of YouTubes! Why does it seem that nearly every other company is against Google these days? I know that in a competitive market there are no such things as real friends, it just seems as though Google seems now to be the thorn in every big company's side (even moreso than Microsoft) lately. I'll bet that Viacom probably did not make a big issue about their videos being on YouTube too much until Google bought YouTube. Even though Google's "do no evil" approach to business is starting to falter a bit, it must be something about that company that has got AT&T, Verizon, Microsoft, (Balmer threating to f***king kill them) and others scared. |

 | FYI Google is a big corporation...
Google's do no harm went out the window 4 years ago when they gave information to the Chinese about searches.
Google's do no harm is 'Do no harm to our profits' |

Because they don't like how fast they are growing or how nice it is to work at google.
All the other companies are stuck in the age old ways. -- It's NOT Ni-kon It's NE-KON!

Because people are jealous of their success.... Microsoft, Google, YouTube, MySpace... They are sites for people to hate because they are popular. In Microsoft's case, people just hate them because Gates is rich.

 | reply to AnonProxy no kidding - check out what they just did to one clever application developer:
"YouTube has blocked a small company from making YouTube videos available on mobile phones. The action came just days after YouTube announced its own mobile deal with US mobile phone operator Verizon.
TinyTube used to encode YouTube video so that it was available to view on mobile phones, but was stopped late last year by YouTube, which contacted it and said that that encoding violated the YouTube terms and conditions."
I guess when you make deals with the big boys, you're not so interested in what the little guys at the edge do to make things better |

They flaunt their riches blatantly in front of everyone and people still see their movies or buy their albums and love them. Some people hate them, but I think most don't care if they are richer. Just look at MTV's show Cribs. |

Just look at MTV's show Cribs. Yeah, but the thing is that it is a small vocal minority who say this type of stuff. The majority of people have no problem with MS, MySpace, Youtube, Google, etc.... It is the select few who make it their life's passion to spread the news about these companies.
It is a lot easier to pick on a company than an individual person.
