simple resolution

Remove the files YouTube and implement a piracy voting system based on the users if it's copyrighted or not. Once reaching enough votes it automatically removes the content.

Sometimes clips of shows I see on Youtube get me intrested in looking at the real thing on tv.

Its a shame their going to turn down free advertising.

I like this, though users are rarely respected enough to self-regulate, I actually believe it would work fine, and it's the only realistic way you *can* regulate thousands of daily uploads as well.

Why would the users get to decide if its piracy? Copyright exists, that is the determining factor. End of story.
