Sprint Broadband Direct

I had the service in Houston for about 6 years and loved it. Late last year a tree or building finally blocked the path and I lost the signal and had to change to something else. The something else is Roadrunner from Time Warner and while it is fast there are other things that Sprint did better such as the service very seldom went down and with the RR a heavy rain will take it down for a while. Also Sprint, while it did not test as fast felt faster. It was if it takes longer for RR to accept and execute a URL request but once it does it moves faster. For email the Sprint system was faster. For the massive monthly downloads from Microsoft to fix their issues the RR system is faster.

One more thing is that Sprint did not cause any hassle when the service was terminated. Everything was friendly and proper.
