Re: Project Lightspeed Status? Lightspeed is available in my part of Houston, but I will not be ordering it. For those on the west side - between the Beltway and Highway 6, south of I-10, and north of Westheimer - give it a try... my prequal results say that I'm good to go if I want the service.

kudos:36 | It just isn't worth the time it would take to get it installed. I work 60 hours a week while going to school - I'm not going to waste my time dealing with installers, moving stuff around the house, etc. just to get slightly faster upload speed.
I don't see myself moving to Lightspeed unless they come out with a much better broadband offer.
