WRT54G V3.1 - Renamed to "GL" in setup pages???

WRT54G labeled "GL" with 4.30.5 firmware???
I'm very confused regarding Linksys' firmware versions, and I'm hoping someone will be able to clear this up.

(1) I currently use a Linksys WRT54G V3.1. As of recent firmware releases, the router setup pages label the device as a WRT54GL. I assume that this was a change made to reflect that this is a model that runs the Linux firmware? Has anyone else noticed earlier-model WRT54G routers being renamed to "GL" in the router setup pages?

(2) The router setup pages also state that I am currently running firmware version 4.30.5 (without any issues, BTW) even though that version only seems to be available for the "GL" on Linksys' website. However, I KNOW that I only download firmware from the WRT54G V3.1 support site. I've always triple-checked, so I am really confused now... Am I just insane, and I downloaded the wrong firmware and it happens to work fine? Or has Linksys done some reorganization of their website? Would the wrong firmware even work on this router? I haven't had any issues at all...

(3) Should I "upgrade" to the 4.21 firmware available for the "real" WRT54G v3.1.

Thanks in advance to anyone who would be able to shine some light on this issue!

Oops, sorry I didn't see that previous post... my mistake.

Thanks for finding it, though. That answers my question.
