SurpassHosting is the same Company as HostDime based in Orlando Florida, they have been around for a while and you should probably try giving them a call to work out something for ya.
There are the good and the bad, just dig webhostingtalk.com for some reviews

| Thanks, I actually found a new provider here in Chicago that suits my needs. WHT is where I found my first colo provider and I did find what I was looking for again this time around.
