The first cam had firmware v 1.17 and I upgraded firmware to v 1.19
the second had firmware v 1.21 pre loaded .

The motion detected Email alert works with cam that upgraded to firmware version 1.19

The 2nd Camera came with firmware version 1.21 and this will not send email.

I tried to downgrade firmware on 2nd cam but I get an error.

I tried to also use tftp.exe but does not connect to host.


The 2nd Cam with ver 1.21 works fine in all aspects but will not send email.

Both are on differnet IP's and each has its own port.

Both are fowarded.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
