Not sure about the $20. I did not RTFA, it's pointless. The DSLR abstract does say $20, but when I go to the Walmart site, it looks like the highest price is $14.88, with some cheaper.
Actually, the article says that new movies will cost up to $19.88 but that older films will cost up to $9.88.

DSLR abstract also says "it will only work on XP & Vista with IE." If that's the case, the scrambled styling for non-IE browsers is a pre-screening for compatibility. Ya think?
I somehow missed that line in the abstract (and it wasn't in the article). I guess, as a web developer, I just assume that it's standard practice to make your website viewable in most browsers (or provide a page explaining why it isn't). Silly me.

If you can't see it, how can you order it? It will help cut down on returns "because it doesn't work on my computer".
How would you return a digital download? (Not that a "no returns" policy wouldn't stop some people from trying.)
