kudos:3 | They are making money off of the distribution of digital media, not off of DRM. They are forced to use a DRM scheme because they make money off of the distribution of digital media. If DRM were not around, they'd be making even more money from the distribution of digital media.

Apparently the CEO of Apple believes, like I do, that they could make more money if not forced into breaking peoples' Fair Use of the media they purchase.
