They could if they didnt rely on the telcos and the Cable companies for lines. They should invest in actual wireless equipment. Offer a service like Clear Wire instead of selling cell phones from Sprint that money could be used for a new service that would actually pick customers up. Just not focus in the "metro" cities but in areas were customer's can't get anything or are limited to 1 or 2 providers- cable and DSL from the ILEC.
