That is why I support eMusic.
If Steve Jobs genuinely wants to go DRM-free, he can start by offering 30% of the publishers the option to sell DRM-free music. There's a lot of stuff that's available on both iTunes and eMusic. The difference is that iTMS sells DRMed 128 kbps AAC while eMusic sells 320 kbps MP3.
