They left out prime objective number one; hustle a buck. Looks like Cyren Calls plan is to suck up way more bandwidth than was allocated to Public Safety purposes than Congress authorized and be the sole builder of the new larger network, thereby sucking up way more money than Congress ever authorized. And they wonder why others are fighting their power and money grab tooth and nail?
