Re: There is no such thng... I just read part of their proposal. My spidey sense went into high tingle when I noticed this is being kited by a bunch of ex-Nextel folks. They're trying to get control of 30 MHz of spectrum to build and then lease out this system for commercial use when it's not needed for "emergency" use.
Smells like an end-run around the auction to me...
