| Former insider's point of view... Although I had a lot of fun working there, it was a pressure cooker. I am glad I had the experience but man, it was a challenging one like no other. That was my first entry into a huge corporation and I bled a lot and have a lot of battle scars from there.
Was it worth it? Yes! I learned a lot while I was there but EarthLink need a huge makeover. I personally think outsourcing, cutting corners on customer service and the treatment of their employees will be the death of this company. A lot of great talent left and will continue to leave the company because they could not stand the mistreatment (me included) and the pressure to produce the work of 4 people.
