ya, waist money on a city that already has the infrastructure (sarcasm). I would have to agree with ATT on this, there is no reason to build in a city like this if you ATT because there are hundreds of cities down the road that need ATT services. Why put so much in to not see as much back. THESE ARE COMPANIES PEOPLE, THEY MAKE MONEY.
