| i have FiOS just outside of Tampa It's not Verizon as much as it is their contractor Mastec. When they laid the lines here they cut off my RoadRunner. When I went to confront them no one spoke English.
But the service is awesome, internet is twice as fast as Roadrunner ever was (even though they claimed the same speed). And they are the best deal for HD tv outside of DirecTV |

| Mastec also install Fiber optic lines for Roadrunner in my area for Brighthouse networks. They are contractors. |

Was Mastec the direct employer of the contractors, or was it subcontracted out? For the Verizon FiOS deployment around here, there were 3 or 4 layers of contractors.
