We just dropped T-1s in Champaign for $365 a month. These were provisioned to a tower right off of I-74.

Cayuga, ON		 What I would do for a 365 dollar T1, best price here in Canada, is 900 bux a month, and that is with a contract, and in the city core. Outside of the city its 1300 bux a month, again with a contract.
