AHH so its the height you are referring to..
Well it just may be that the property sits high enouh above everything else and the added 70 ft helps even more?
Without knowing the layout and the locations I can only speculate..

I can speculate that the area is FLAT. Ive done my own (with help from here) projected coverage and its nowhere near that of theirs, with me using 100 foot tower with 30 foot clients.

Here is coords, for kicks.
