I'm using Kerio 2.15 along with BlitzenZeus See Profile's ruleset now for quite a long time.

For my purposes..suits me fine

KPF v2.1.5 and Netgear RT311 router with its custom rules (forgot whose rules). If I ever switch to Vista, I can't use the old KPF anymore.
