Re: Long Overdue Agreed with both RideRed & Cod---but---I've noticed that this is true the closer one gets to maximum offered speeds. My 'on the cheap' 786 DSL regularly hits at or above 786. When I paid for higher speeds, they fell short more often than not--many times not even close to what was being offered.
