<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/218081"><b>kaila</b></A> : pandemic would shift a lot of network usage to residential ISP's (torching comcast, at&t, etc, and the news sites), I don't think it would cause a total meltdown.  <br><br>I'd be more worried about the effects on the transportation industry.  In a just-in-time inventory world, hospitals and every other sector would begin hurting in short order if ships, docks, and trucks stop moving.]]></description>
