All I can say is good for you. I just got my card on Thursday, and I am still unable to use it. Everytime I try to load the software I keep getting the same error message. The isscript .msi file is missing. I even downloaded the software from sprints website and get the same error. I f anyone has any ideas on how to fix this i would be very gratefull to hear them. |

What OS are you running, and which SCM version are you attempting to put on? Is this the S720? |

| I just found a fix for this issue - been dogging me for days!
Had 2 users on XPSP2 trying to install that pantech card from sprint - getting that same msi error. I tried all the fixes I googled - none worked. Here's what I did to get them both working:
Download and install ISSCRIPT.msi Version 11 from here:
»consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108322
Unzip and install
Then download the sprint software from the sprint site here:
»www4.sprint.com/pcsbusiness/supp···tems.jsp
You want the download entitled 'Pantech PS-500 Connection Manager Software' - Version 3.02.021
It should install fine - worked on both machines I tried it on. Hope this helps |
