1 edit | reply to BodyBumper Even better, until the end of February, use openaccess10@sprint.com and there will be no questions asked. It is a promo they (Sprint) are running this month. (And yes, I have this plan and it is fantastic!) |

Unlimited data just means you can use your phone to access the web (i.e., weather channel, sprint music store, etc). Does not mean you can hook it to your laptop and surf the web. You get what's called a the 3g/vision pack or evdo pack which allows your phone to connect to the internet. That unlimited "data" is just looking at the internet on your phone. |

1 edit | reply to BodyBumper Its a great deal until sprint scans for fake addresses, cuts you off, takes you to court and then reports you for theft by deception...
I know it happens, since I have many friends who work at Sprint. You may get away with it for a few months, but it will catch up to you.
And it should be noted that all employees have 12 accounts that they can sign up at the discounted rate. |

I would not recommend this to anyone unless you work for Sprint. What you can do and it's not illegal is ask to speak to a higher up and say you want to cancel. They can go back into the past and select a package for you that's no longer sold for way cheaper cost.
I got my mother 49.99 with 1000 minutes unlimited mobile to mobile, and 7pm night's and weekends for a total of 55 dollars per month + taxes. -- The only limits we have are the one's we set ourselves. |

Just because they say unlimited data doesn't give the consumer the right to host a server off the phone... Hypothetically speaking.

 | reply to BodyBumper With Sprint you must sign up with a plan they call Phone As Modem. Which is $39.99 PER month on top of your service plan. Its dial-up speeds if you have a Vision Phone and Power Vision is broadband. |

There are a number of email addresses that have been set up specifically for people to get SERO. (Example here)

Besides, given the way Sprint is bleeding customers, they don't need to be losing even more by dumping/suing/etc. them...

Re: Lemme save you all the hassle That's my point. people will read the post and say "cool, unlimited data" and not having the grey matter to separate the 2 when it comes to web/data use. |
