(Now, on to the next computer). And antdude...sorry, I did in fact have three Critical Updates for Office, but I used Microsoft Update, which includes Office patches. (I did have to re-boot, but with 13 total updates, I'm not surprised). All went fine here (so far), so I'm afraid I don't know what to make of the problem you're having there. (Especially when the log appears to be written in Chinese). (Edit) For the record- XP Pro, SP2 (All machines). -- I had a life once.....now I have a Computer and a Modem.
