As an alternative... start paying for an "all you can eat" service with no drm for about $10-15 per month.. so, for 99% of the people who buy content this way, they should be safe.. just fax a copy of the monthly access charge.. they'd be less likely to sue those people who are customers for the few tracks they get outside the system..
If you are downloading hundreds upon hundreds of tracks per month/year, it's probably worth that.. not $1k per session of nastiness.. they need to start moving away from suing customers.. because they are LE$$ likely to want to pay a single cent, otherwise.. and we all know a few pennies is lots more than a whole lot of NOTHINGne$$ |
