Either way, it wouldn't affect me! I use a whopping 35GB per month! But what I *DO* download gets here fast!

Talk about draconian! What sucks about Rogers? They only suspend you until the end of the billing cycle. And since the limit is disclosed, you can plan ahead and manage your usage.
Too bad all cable companies don't implement caps in such a reasonable straightforward way.
Of course I prefer a well-managed network that doesn't need to impose consumption limits. |
