anon : RIAA is suing parents because they should know everything that is going on with the kids computer. RIAA should be on top of things and know what and how their stuff (computers, websites, domains and so on) is being used. Just like they expect and demand everyone else to do. The person who created the domain name should be sued from the full force of RIAA. He did not monitor (at all times) how the domain was being used.

SRFireside : This is really no big deal. So the RIAA is cheap and is using an ad-run web site which is ironically running P2P ads? Not exactly damning evidence or something you can sue them for. This is a non-issue. Move along.
