Philadelphia is the same way. We've been promised citywide wifi for 2 years and we got nothing. 
Meanwhile, Philly wastes money on wifi consultants and the murder rate soars because we don't have enough cops on the street. |

Muniwireless was suppose to bring costs down because it doesn't use fiber. At those distances wouldn't a total wireless system like wimax make more sense ?
I sense somebody is price inflating. |
