Not the largest network - Wireless Oakland (Oakland Co., MI)

You could say Houston is the largest planned citywide network in terms of coverage area and be correct. However, Wireless Oakland in Oakland County, Michigan (north of Detroit) plans to cover all 910 square miles of the county (1.2 Million residents).
