| I appreciate your trying to help but I am not losing the internet connection (PPPoE) side of things I am losing the DSL signal itself (The connection between me and the central office). Ping plotter will show me all the hops between me and a given IP address. The only thing Ping plotter will give me an error on when I lose sync will be the first hop of the way, which is my equipment.
