Re: SoCal, Slow Speed Now!! Suggestions?? I work for tier 2 tech support for Road Runner, and I know they have been having problems in the LA divisions for speed. I don't know why it's taking them so long to fix it though. |

I have phoned 3 times over 2 weeks and they aren't even willing to talk to me about my speeds, it is in spec has been there response. Last night I couldn't even make 2Mbs. They just shine me one with one story or another. I am hoping to find out what I should say to get a more positive response.
But if it is just the system state as of this time, and they are working on it... I haven't heard that. That does give me some encouragement.

 1 edit | fox7, Today I looked to see if this issue was still going on, and it hasn't been updated in some time. I think the issue has to do something with the migration. But of course they don't tell us what causes it.
It's strange that they wouldn't tell you that there is speed issues. We tell everyone that it's a know issue, then we try a few things on their end to make it work faster. |
