Over the years, Vonage have supplied various adapters from Linksys, D-Link and Motorola, all with different capabilities and features. The PAP2v1 (as well as the PAP2T) always has come with a 110-240V universal power supply from the factory. Is it possible that Vonage may have supplied some customers with used PAP2s and non-factory 120V-only supplies. Perhaps, who knows? But it is certainly not the norm. The PAP2v2, on the other hand, comes with a single-voltage 120V PS. A lot of people confuse the two ATA versions because of their shared name, but they are completely different devices with absolutely nothing in common--not even the power supply.
