Why FTC holding a workshop? ........

......since they have virtually no power to change anything concerning broadband except in advertising. All the real power is with the FCC.

Doesn't the FTC have some power to govern anti-competitiveness? I'm not saying that we have an anticompetitive market, only that the FTC has a role if/when we do.
