Re: Philly to Bali, which airline is best? Just take MAS, it's easier, cheaper and a proven way of getting there.
Newark - KUL - Bali. The fare is under 1100 roundtrip.

On MAS, NY to KUL or Changi, the base price is $699, and unless you're willing to overnight in either airport, the connecting flight is where they make the killing.
