<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : I just found a fix for this issue - been dogging me for days!<br><br>Had 2 users on XPSP2 trying to install that pantech card from sprint - getting that same msi error. I tried all the fixes I googled - none worked. Here's what I did to get them both working:<br><br>Download and install ISSCRIPT.msi Version 11 from here:<br><br>&raquo;<A HREF="http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108322" >consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108322</A><br><br>Unzip and install<br><br>Then download the sprint software from the sprint site here:<br><br>&raquo;<A HREF="http://www4.sprint.com/pcsbusiness/support/downloads/items.jsp" >www4.sprint.com/pcsbusiness/supp&middot;&middot;&middot;tems.jsp</A><br><br>You want the download entitled 'Pantech PS-500 Connection Manager Software' - Version 3.02.021<br><br>It should install fine - worked on both machines I tried it on. Hope this helps]]></description>

Everytime I try to load the software I keep getting the same error message. The isscript .msi file is missing. I even downloaded the software from sprints website and get the same error. I f anyone has any ideas on how to fix this i would be very gratefull to hear them.]]></description>
