They will hire teams of 10 people who need to maintain a 24/7 schedule and will be paid by the amount of customers they can sign up. The start up pay is horrendous but of course most people received some sort of severance package.
However if the service takes off the rewards looked pretty good.

2 edits | Is this the cable company type digital phone or independant VoIP like Vonage? From what I understand, the area this company covers is quite small. How long will it take for these teams of 10 to canvas the existing population of that area and sign up those who want it, and weed out those that dont? I wouldnt think it would take to long. Still a pretty good deal though, I guess.
EDIT-- I guess it is a nationwide VoIP service, so it looks to be fairly promising. |

I am not sure how good a deal it is....with the issues that Vonage have with making cash....I am not convinced.

At my former job we had 1/2 that number that were required to maintain 24/7 support for our server infrastructure of over 700 servers.
