truocchio join:2004-07-05 Miami Beach, FL	Looks to be just more licensed areas they can provide service in. They already have licenses to that spectrum where they are serving customers now. So this will not directly improve service/speed but will allow them to grow their footprint. However it may boost their stock price for their impending IPO.
