The implicit assumption here is that you need administrative privileges to be able to do bad things... when you make it explicit, however, it should become obvious that this is false... Straw horse. You need admin privileges to be able to do bad things to the system.
Of course, there may be people who did make the incorrect assumption. But presumably not amongst the regular participantsin this forum.
