ummm, please pardon my french, but they have us by the proverbial b@lls since, by our own fault, we are so addicted to their offerings. we could say "we're mad as hell & we're not going to take it any more"----but i'd probably go into withdrawal without my 6 mbps download surfing speed & 2 hd/dvr boxes. they bill. i pay.

btw, fios NOT available here yet. it's in the next town over.
