| How do I create adelphia email account? I used to have adelphia HSI 6 months ago at my old house, but ever since the move; I've went on with another isp. Because of this, I lost access to my adelphia email account. My mother has adelphia HSI (now TW/RR), and she has an option to create up to 7 email accounts. I went through the account management and it only gave me options to make RR accounts. Is there a way to create adelphia email accounts? I would like my old email name back.

If the area(Mom's account) has been migrated the adelphiausername@adelphia.net mail account is now adelphiausername@roadrunner.com anyway, both will work for about a year after migration, but as Hob stated no "new" adelphia.net EMail addresses.

| Unfortunately with the new RoadRunner.com addresses comes the great 'feature' of being unable to create an email with a dot (.) in it. I used to have this fabulous email address that was firstname.lastname@adelphia.net which somehow entered a sort of 'pending removal' status that prevents me from restoring it or it being fully deleted.
Anyway, after a call to support I was informed that 'dot' addresses are no longer supported, which was quite disappointing to hear. |

I wouldnt even bother both TWC and Comcast since taking over have screwed up the email horrendously... my suggestion would be to create a gmail acct that way no matter who your provider is (which you will probably join the masses that are bailing on these 2 pathetic companies and join the FIOS revolution you wont need to worry about having to create an email address |

I still have a dot in my Adelphia email address, which has since turned into a roadrunner address. As of now it is firstname.lastname@roadrunner.com and it works fine. |

WE have not been transitioned yet(supposed to be soon), but if you send yourself an email to Adelphianame@roadrunner.com it will arrive at your Adelphia mailbox, you can use roadrunner mail servers too.
