It is reasonable to expect a video game is going to require a lot more attention than a cellphone? Well, from the video, the screen, game, etc. is in the back seat, so it's really no different than the family drop down car DVD players. The driver doesn't see them.
If anything, you may get ticketed for having such a large screen, since it does block your view in the vehicle. That would be the only real safety concern. |
