I have very little Loyalty left to cox, and all in all feel pretty bad about the customer service oriented side of their business. All in all I have been impressed with many of the aspects of the actual service.


I feel the same way, And I didn't know COX had a customer service !!!!!

I think you're confusing Cox with one of those "other" companies that has outsourced their tech support. AFAIK all the Cox call centers are in North America.
