Verizon hasn't been terribly generous with FiOS upload speeds yet, though the presence of VZ Fiber does seem to have prompted the cable company to offer tiers with higher advertised upload speeds.

I wonder if there's any truth to the recent rumor about a new FiOS tier with 5MB upload for $45... »[northeast] Ummm..did DE get an Upload increase?
