maybe listing the costs for a Bell tech (or anyone) to do/re-do inside wiring.

We can not list this information as it is not up to us to determine the cost of the service calls.
The charges ranges from $45 up-to $125 per incidence and it is up to the individual tech to decide how much "charge" should apply.
