1 edit		 6 months ago MS hit my xbox thinking it was modded. 2 days on and off the phone with them. Ms told me mine was modded i told them no it wasnt. To make a long story short when they got it it was still factory sealed and i got a year warranty on the unit from them from there screw up. .

Now the wife bought a POS 360 and it locks up. She bought the first one home hard drive was bad.
