It's kind of strange that the only real complaints I hear about zoom is not locally. The friends I have with zoom overall sound like they love it. But maybe it's managed poorly elsewhere?
What issues do you have packet loss? What experience have you had with tech support?
I agree with you on the "captive audience" comment, for awhile they were upgrading speeds and that's seemed to gone stale at 10/1.5. But then again there's far less people out in western pa compared to Ohio.
